    Aeroblow's Way for Assassins

    The Way begins
Assassins or Sins, are characters who use throwing stars. They are the
    fastest
killing machines in Maplestory. A party of 3 Sins can cover the entire map.
So your quest to be the deadliest Sin begins here.

    Stepping into the Way

Before creating your character, you'll need to know the essential stats a
Sin needs. Luk and Dex are the stats necessary for Sins. Luk increases the
damage and avoidibility. Dex are necessary stats for armor and equipment.

When creating your Sin, keep rolling the dice till u get 4 in Str and Int.
This keep the maximum number of stats points in Luk and Dex. You don't have
to worry how much points in Dex and Luk.

    Starting your Sin

You will start off as a Beginner in Maple Island. Whenever you level up, put
your stats points into Dex and Luk.
Put your points into Dex till your Dex is 25, then follow the formula given
below. Always maintain your Dex two times your level. For example, your
level is 15, your Dex should be 30. The rest of your points goes to Luk.

Train on green snails in Maple Island till level 10. Why green snails? They
are the fastest experience monsters for Sins. You can kill them in 3-4 hits,
whereas you need 10-12 hits to kill a blue snail. Each green snail gives you
4 exp, 1 blue snail 8 exp. Hence you gain faster experience by killing green
    snails.

    1st Job - Rogue
Once you reach level 10, travel to Victoria Island. Do not level up over
level 11. Go buy a ticket to Kerning City, City of the Thieves. Go to the
Jazz Bar to look for Dark Lord. Talk to him and you will become a rogue. You
will also get 1 skill point.

Here is the skills point allocation:

    Lv10: Lucky 7 (1)
    Lv11: Lucky 7 (4)

    Why Dark Sight?
It may not be useful at low levels. But it is essential when you are lv50+.
You will be able to bypass powerful monsters.

    Weapons
    Lv10: Garnier
    Lv25: Meba
    Lv30: Steel Guards or others

Do not buy or build any other claws. Use garnier and upgrade to Meba will be
sufficient to last you to lv30. You will also save the materials to make
    lv30 claw.

    Throwing Stars
Basically get the best stars you can afford. Quantity is not that important
yet as most of your hunting grounds are near towns which you can recharge
    your stars at Weapons Shops.

    Training Grounds
    Lv10-18: Slimes
    Lv19-21: Pigs
    Lv22-25: PQ or Green Mushrooms
    Lv26-30: PQ or Horned Mushrooms

Slimes can be found abundant in Tree Dungeons in Northern Forest. Pigs in
Pig Beach are fast experience or Rain-forest north of Henesys. Green
Mushroom and Horned Mushroom can be found in most Tree Dungeons.

    As an Assassin

When you reach lv30, you must go for your 2nd Job.Buy lots of potions, Mp
and Hp potions. Go back to the Dark Lord and bring the letter to the
construction site's job instructor 2 maps right of Kerning.

Talk to him and begin your test. You will need to collect 30 dark marbles
from Blue Mushrooms and Cold Eyes.
Once you got 30 marbles, talk to the job instructor and receive a proof of
hero. Bring it back to Dark Lord and you will become an Assassin.

    Lv66: Mastery (17)
    Lv67: Mastery (20)
    Lv68: Booster (12)
    Lv69: Booster (15)
    Lv70: Booster (18)

    Why Haste then Critical?
Many players question me why go the unorthodox way. I can say that it helps
you to train more efficient in crowded hunting grounds. You can get to
places faster, reach higher grounds with less jumps. Jump high to evade
    monsters.

    Weapons
    Lv30: Any lv30 claws (guards)
    Lv40: Any lv40 claws (Avarice)
    Lv50: Sapphire Slain

Try to get the best claw. Compare the lv30 and lv40 claws and try to
allocate the materials properly. Then you can make your claw. If you have
the money, you can upgrade your claw with 7 100% Scrolls. This will improve
your killing efficiency. I would suggest you upgrade only your lv40 claw,
which is more efficient and in higher demand of the market. You can also buy
an already upgraded claw from other players. For Sapphire Slain, I would
strongly upgrade the claw since it is the final claw you can make. If you
want a better Sapphire Slain, you can scroll it with 60%. These scrolls are
    expensive and may miss.

    Training Grounds
    Lv31-39: Horned mushroom, wild boars.
    Lv40-48: Wild boars
    Lv49-55: Stone Gollems
    Lv56-60: Dark Stone Gollems, Zombies
    Lv61-65: Zombies
    Lv66-70: Zombies, Tauromacis, Red Drakes

    Advanced Skills

    Lucky 7
Most Sins do not use normal attacks. They use L7, even killing a low lvl
monster. This increases the chances of critical hit, and also make sure
    maximum damage is done.

Keep using this skill would mean mp shortage. Hence using Mp potions is a
must. Don't worry of spending 100k+ on potions, most likely you're going to
make a net profit. Killing monsters in 1 L7 guarantee profit. Try to balance
your stars and potions, so that when you're going to recharge, you can also
    repot (re-potion).

    Jump Shoot
Sins are the only ranged character that can jump shoot. Professional Sins
jump shoot most of the time. Jump shooting allows them to attack monsters on
high platforms and also evade their attacks.

    Booster-Haste
With these 2 speed enhancing skills, Sins can kill faster and move around
faster. With the combination of all 4 skills, Sins become the deadliest
    characters in MapleStory.

    Armor

It is always said getting the best armor is the way to be. Luk-boosting
armor are more costly than Dex-boosting armor.

But you can still get high Luk points by wearing Dex Armor. You will also
save your mesos for better stars. When wearing Dex armor, try to keep to the
formula I stated before. Put more points into Luk and less in Dex will equal
    getting a Luk armor.
